School Awards

Kolten was awarded a special reading award at his school assembly a couple of weeks ago (I'm lame I know for just barely getting it posted). We were so proud of him and so happy that we were able to go to the school and see him be presented with it. He is a great reader and his award was for reading well and with a lot of emotion;) Great job Kolten!!!

Kaylee had her preschool recognition day on Tuesday. Kolby, Breanna and I went to see her class sing some songs for us, eat banana splits, and see the kids get thier certificates and books that they had made throughout the year. It was fun and Kaylee seemed happy to have us there. She kept making silly faces whenever she knew we were going to take her picture......hopefully she doesn't do that all summer long;) She has really enjoyed preschool and did a fantastic job. She is really looking forward to Kindergarten next year!
Here are just a few random pictures of Kolby. He has recently mastered (knock on wood) the whole potty training thing and we couldn't be HAPPIER!!!! It took him a while, but when he decided he was ready, he went for it and has been doing very well ever since. He still wants to go outside like the dogs do (not just pee either) and we are still working on that! We have GOT to get that under control before summer!!! This picture is one I was to capture when we caught him going for it and Shane's parents house. The other picture is one that Kaylee took of us in the car (don't worry we weren't driving, we were waiting for Kolten to get out of shool) and begged to have it on the blog;) Gotta love him!
